The rental fee for Sweet On Hou Month-to-Month baking space rental includes access to:

1. Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances workspace, and storage areas.
2. Renters will also benefit from utilities, basic kitchen supplies, and flexibility in lease terms.
3. Use of Food Storage area

The rental provides access to shared facilities, including parking and restrooms, as well as the potential for networking with other food entrepreneurs. Cleaning services and support from on-site staff may also be included to ensure a well-maintained workspace.

Security may be included – 45.00 per hour
